What happens to what you type here

Two forms on this site collect information: the contact form and the quote form. Both ask for your name, your email address, the name of your business if you want to give it, and what you tell me about the work.

That goes into one place: the CRM I built and run for my own business, in a database I control. Nowhere else. When you submit, you get one email back from me confirming what you sent, and I get one telling me it arrived. Those are the only messages the form sends.

I keep what you sent while we're talking about work, and I use it for nothing but replying to you. No mailing list, no selling, no sharing with anyone. If you want it deleted, email me and it's gone the same day.

If a submission fails to reach the CRM, the site records that a failure happened, and not what you wrote. The error message on screen gives you my email address so nothing gets lost.
